1. Provide guidance and preparation for students participating in overseas (including international and regional) exchange programmes.

2. Facilitate and host visits from overseas institutions to the Institute.

3. Promote student exchange programmes between the Institute and overseas universities.

4. Assist faculty members with official overseas visits by managing the necessary travel procedures.
